Coaching

Coaching is the heart of MHC. Our professional coaches craft a personalized approach for each client. They get to know you, learn what motivates you, and help empower you to get to where you want to be! Most of all, our skilled coaches are compassionate; we believe that better health is accessible to everyone and we will never judge you because we know firsthand how hard it can be to be human.

Education

We believe everyone should have the information they need to be in charge of their health so we’re not going to hide helpful resources behind a paywall. Our articles have no upsells, no hidden agendas, and we’ll never embed ads for products like scales or protein powders - we just offer important information that can help people be well.

Mission

Our coaches met working at a large corporation, where we did not like the way clients were being treated as commodities instead of people. We designed MHC with better alignment; what is good for our customers is also good for our employees and our business. Instead of creating dependency, we empower our clients to make sustainable healthy choices on their own.

We are a group of professional health & wellness coaches who met working at a large weight-loss company. We love health coaching —and watching people have amazing results! A group of us decided to work directly with clients, removing corporate interests which did not always align with our values or the needs of our clients.

Coach Nate

I am a Registered Nurse, certified health coach, and ACE personal trainer who helps my clients make positive, lasting change. I believe better health can be achieved through changes in daily habits and that the thoughts & beliefs we have about ourselves ultimately shape our actions, outcome, and reality.

With a background in nutrition and exercise science, I have a passion for supporting others as they find their true and best selves! I'm committed to guiding, supporting, and empowering individuals to achieve holistic well-being. With years of experience coaching, and a deep-rooted passion for wellness, I believe in the power of a personalized approach to inspire and motivate others to discover their unique path to vitality.

Coach Kristi

I’m an ACE and NASM certified personal trainer. I was part of the first cohort of National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coaches (NBHWC) in 2017. My experience includes community, group, and individual coaching: Wellness Director of the YMCA, Coach/Group Leader for Instinct Health Science, Inc., Health Coach and Health Coach Manager at Noom, Inc. I want to contribute to a world where freedom and creativity abound. I believe this starts with every individual and coaching as a medium to cultivate all of this in a meaningful way.

Coach Meredith

I’m a board-certified health & wellness coach and have been on a mission to help people feel their best - body, mind, and spirit - for the past 15 years. My coaching specialty areas include supporting those with autoimmunity and chronic pain, stress management, and thriving through midlife.
