This week you’ve been thinking about the impact that caregiving has on your circumstances, relationships, personal goals, and dreams. First, we acknowledged that there are some pretty big challenges that come with caregiving, and we took a moment to honor the work you’re doing and encouraged you to celebrate yourself by doing one nice thing for yourself that day.
